The Vice Chancellor of Northwest University Kano (NWUK), Professor Amina Salihi Bayero, has successfully completed a week-long intensive executive training programme on organisational performance enhancement, integrating problem solving, sustainable leadership, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovation for executives and board members in London, United Kingdom.
The high-level programme was organised by Prospect Development Services (PDS) in collaboration with WOFAN and brought together senior executives, institutional leaders, and board members from different sectors to strengthen their leadership capacity and enhance organisational effectiveness in an increasingly technology-driven world.
The graduation ceremony was held at the prestigious Royal Institution of Great Britain in London, marking the successful completion of the intensive training by the participants.
Professor Amina Salihi Bayero was among a distinguished delegation from Kano State that participated in the programme. Other notable participants included the Vice Chancellor of Bayero University, Kano (BUK), Professor Haruna Musa, the Vice Chancellor of Capital City University, Professor Yusuf Bala Daraja, Dr. Saleh Anka, Publisher of Solacebase Newspaper, Abdullatif Abubakar Jos, WOFAN team, as well as several other executives from various organisations.
Throughout the week-long programme, participants engaged in intensive sessions focusing on strategic leadership, organisational performance improvement, innovative problem-solving techniques, sustainable leadership practices, and the effective integration of Artificial Intelligence into institutional governance and decision-making.
