The attention of the Kano State Hospitals Management Board (HMB) has been drawn to the circulation of forged and counterfeit offer letters purportedly issued by the Board.
Please be informed that:
1. No genuine offer is issued without proper authorization.
2. Unsigned document bearing the signature of the Director Administration & General Services (DAGS) or other authorized HMB officials are FAKE.
3. The Executive Secretary (ES) is not a signatory to the old format of offer letters.
4. Authentic appointment and new letters are:
– Coded, sealed, and signed by three key officials the Executive Secretary, the Hon Commissioner of Health and the Dags.
– And are Printed on classified high-quality security paper.
– No offer will be given out informally or through backdoor.
🚫 Beware of fraudsters and 419 scams.
