“We are going back to make an analysis, prepare a report and table it before Executive Council under the leadership of our Executive Governor, His Excellency Engr Abba Kabir Yusuf for proper action to be taken.” The chairman of the committee stated

According to the chairman of the committee, the rationale behind this tour by this committee, is to reinforce one of the cardinal principles of this administration. That’s ensuring all projects can stand up the test of time and must have required and standard quality.

In Ungogo local government, after the assessment, the Commissioner  emphasized the importance of maintaining quality standards and urged the contractor to speed up work while ensuring adherence to the required specifications.

While in Dawakin Tofa, the team inspected the building project and provided necessary corrections to the contractor. They advised him to implement these corrections in accordance with the project Specifications to ensure the project is completed properly and meets the required standards.

In Tsanyawa, the team visited a one-story building project consisting of two classrooms and two offices. As the project was still at its initial stages, the monitoring team encouraged the contractor to accelerate the work to ensure timely completion.

The Honorable Commissioner commended the effort of the contractor in Ghari local government and urged other contractors to copy from him.

The classroom project in Dambatta Local Government was at zero level. Which means that, the structure will not take any assessment. While the contractor in Kantudu Primary School, Makoda local government stopped working without any notice. In view of this, the chairman project monitoring committee ordered the team to invite the contractors.
