1. Hafsat Kutama Appointed Acting Chairperson of Kano PCACC
Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has appointed Barrister Hafsat Kutama as Acting Chairperson of the Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission, PCACC, following the resignation of Saidu Yahaya.
2. Police Arrest 10, Recover 12 Vehicles in Kano
The Kano State Police Command says it has arrested 10 suspects allegedly linked to an interstate vehicle theft network and recovered 12 vehicles during recent operations.
3. PCN Seals Drug Outlets in Dalan Gyada
The Pharmacy Council of Nigeria has sealed 797 premises in Kano following an enforcement operation targeting illegal and non-compliant medicine outlets.
4. Three Suspects Arraigned Over Wildlife Trafficking in Kano
Three men have been arraigned before the Federal High Court in Kano over alleged trafficking in endangered wildlife. Authorities said 48 animals and birds were recovered during the operation.
