The Director General of the National Productivity Centre and Director General of the Tinubu Support Group (North West), Dr. Baffa Babba Dan’agundi,nim, has congratulated Hon. Nasir Bala Aminu Jao’ji (Adon Garin Kasar Hausa) on his appointment as Director of the City Boy Movement in Kano State, describing the development as a strategic and timely decision aimed at strengthening grassroots political mobilization.
Dr. Dan’agundi described the appointment as a clear demonstration of purposeful leadership, noting that “this decision places the right person in the right position at a critical moment in our political journey.”He emphasized that the City Boy Movement requires leadership with credibility, structure, and deep grassroots connections, qualities he said Hon. Jao’ji possesses in abundance.
Dr. Dan’agundi further described Hon. Jao’ji as a seasoned grassroots mobilizer and a philanthropist of high repute whose influence cuts across religious leaders (Ulama), traditional institutions, men, women, and youth. According to him, “Hon. Nasir Jao’ji has built strong and enduring relationships with people across all segments of society, making his appointment not only appropriate but thoroughly deserved.”
Reaffirming the political alignment of the Tinubu Support Group with progressive movements, Dr. Dan’agundi stated that “the Tinubu Support Group has consistently supported the City Boy Movement and will continue to stand firmly with it in advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.” He added that unity, coordination, and sustained grassroots engagement remain essential for consolidating political gains in Kano State and beyond.
Tinubu Support Group in Kano State assured Hon. Nasir Bala Aminu Jao’ji of its total support and full collaboration to ensure the successful discharge of his duties as Director of the City Boy Movement.
