Newly decorated Officers of the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency in Kazaure Area Command were urged to brace up and redouble efforts in the discharge of their responsibilities in relation to their new ranks.
The call was made by the Area Commander Gambo Shehu while decorating the newly promoted Officers emphasizing that the Agency would not relent efforts in the fight against drugs smuggling, consumptions and distributions.
The Area Commander expressed gratitude to the Commandant, Jigawa State Command for his visionary leadership qualities especially his robust engagement with relevant stakeholders in the fight against drugs abuse, distribution and smuggling.
Gambo Shehu,further reiterated the unwavering commitments of the Area Command in maintaining working synergy with relevant stakeholders especially sister security agencies, Traditional Institutions,Civil Societies, Educational Institutions and many more where he strongly warned that the Area Command is ever ready in ensuring a decent society free of drugs abuse and other related offences
He assured the newly Officers of the Area Command support in the discharge of their responsibilities.
Gambo Shehu similarly expressed gratitude to the Emir of Kazaure Dr Najib Hussaini Adamu for his utmost support to the Area Command at all the times.
Representative of Security Agencies spoke at length and drew the attention of the newly promoted Officers adding that “where much is giving much is expected” which symbolizes a good working rapport between the Agency and other Security outfits.
The newly decorated Officers pledged to work round for the advancement of the Agency.
The decorated Officers are; Tijjani Adam, Nura Usman Saleh,Kabiru Ibrahim, Mukhtar Auwal,Shazali Shu’aibu and Jabir Sai’du.
