Kano State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (KSCHMA) took a significant step towards improving healthcare in the state with the launch of registration for over 155 new enrollees into the scheme.
The event, which took place at the Marmara MCH facility, marked a crucial milestone in KSCHMA’s efforts to provide quality healthcare services to the people of Kano State.
Executive Secretary of KSCHMA, Dr. Rahila Muhktar, expressed her gratitude to the Executive Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, and the Honorable Commissioner for their tireless efforts in ensuring the well-being of the state’s citizens.
She then thanked philanthropists who sponsored several enrollees, assuring them of quality healthcare services at their chosen facilities.
A representative of the Marmara, Sheshe community of Kano State praised the initiative, requesting Dr. Muhktar to convey their appreciation to the governor for enrolling over 100 vulnerable individuals from their community into the scheme.
In a statement made available to Alfijir Newspaper, Dr. Muhktar praised the Kano State Government for its commitment to improving healthcare services, saying “The launch of this registration is a testament to the government’s dedication to providing quality healthcare to its citizens.
“We are grateful for their support and look forward to continuing our efforts to improve healthcare outcomes in the state.”
