Abdul Kabugawa, a Nigerian digital media consultant, cybersecurity specialist and entrepreneur, is making contributions to Nigeria’s growing digital economy through digital media management, cybersecurity awareness and online brand support.
Kabugawa’s work focuses on helping individuals, businesses and organisations strengthen their digital presence while improving their awareness of online security and protecting their digital identities.
According to Kabugawa, his professional engagements have included providing digital media and online support services to public figures across Nigeria’s entertainment, sports and political sectors.
In the Kannywood industry, he says he has worked with actors and actresses including Ali Nuhu, Adam A. Zango, Rahama Sadau, Maryam Booth, Hafsat Idris, Maryam Yahaya, Rukayya Dawayya and Khadija Mai Numfashi.
He also says his experience extends to the Hausa music industry, where he has provided digital media and online brand support to artistes such as Fati Niger, Umar M. Shareef, Sadiq Saleh and Ado Gwanja.
In the sports sector, Kabugawa says he has supported footballers including Zaidu Sanusi, Salim Fago, Aboubacar Ibrahima Toungara and Israel Isaac Ayuma with digital communication and online presence management.
His reported engagements also extend to the public sector. Kabugawa says he has provided digital services to political figures, including Rt. Hon. Yusuf Adamu Gagdi, Tijjani Gandu, Aminu Abdullahi Warkal and Bashir Ahmad.
