Vice President Kashim Shettima In New York, USA for the 80th United Nations General Assembly session which kicks off Monday 22 and will end 28 September 2025.
Vice President Shettima who is representing President Bola Tinubu at the global event is expected to deliver Nigeria’s national statement and join other dignitaries at the UN high-level general debates, among other side events.
The Vice President will also announce Nigeria’s new Nationally Determined Contributions under the Paris Agreement at this year’s UN special event on climate.
